Okay so not sure how they are for walk ins but I was put on hold for half an hour for sales to inquire about a bike and they never picked up. I can't rate there customer service because there wasn't any hence the one star. I take calls at my work all day long and I've never put someone on hold for more than 3 mins let alone 30 mins. My advise is don't call them they won't ever take your call; walk Ins remain to be seen I won't end up going there. This town is shit for motorcycle sales in general go to chaparral in Los Angeles that's my advice
