I have hired (or attempted to hire) a LOT of handymen/plumbers/general service people since being in AZ. When you buy a foreclosed home, you have to expect that, I guess. NO ONE has been even close to as reasonable and considerate as Nate from Landmark. I totally trust this guy's company and really, really wish that we had found him when we first moved in. Another company (that I will be kind and not name) quoted us something ridiculous for fixing our sink and shower -- then when we tried to hire that company, they didn't even show up or call. Finally I was referred to Landmark and Nate came THAT DAY and quoted us much less than the first company. We've used Nate probably 5 or 6 times since then, and he has done an outstanding job every single time. He's a stellar guy and does excellent work.
