DO NOT USE SKOOT Acacia Drive, Scottsdale-N of Pinnacle Peak AZ 85255 Time : Apr 14, Mon 3:45 AM We'll send a text and give you a call shortly before your schedule pickup time. Please have our cell phone on and be ready to go before the pickup time. I made a reservation with SKOOT on April 13 at 5:19 with a person named Aviola, they sent me a email confirmation, and a phone confirmation. When it came time for my pick up 3:45 AM there was no car to pick us up. I called at 3:50 AM and no one answered, as soon as I hung the phone, a man named Greg immediately called, I asked where my ride was and he told me that they wouldn't be picking us up because they didn't have a driver, and wouldn't have one until 5:30 AM ( my flight started boarding at 5:40). Greg was grasping for excuses, the first excuse he gave me was they didn't have a reservation for me, but what's funny is he's was calling me to tell me he didn't have a car. Another one of his excuses was that they didn't take reservation after 8:00 PM so no one recorded my reservation, I informed him that my reservation was made just after 5:00 PM, he then said that it was past 8:00 PM on the east coast. This guy was a piece of work! I was flabbergasted with this persons ignorance with customer service. I then asked if he could at least call me a taxi since I wasn't familiar with shuttle services in the area, since I was from the east coast! I got no response. After all of his excuses and no help from him in trying to resolve the problem, I had to hang up on him because it got to the point where he wasn't going to help, and was doing nothing but wasting my precious time to start trying to find a way to the airport at 4:00 AM in the morning. We did make it to the airport, but we were the last ones to board the plane. Who needs that kind of stress in there life at 3:45 in the morning. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE SKOOT!
