I'd like to address the one-star reviews of Hacienda Del Rey. If you visit your loved one at Hacienda on a regular basis, you will observe that the care given is consistent. Yes, there are new hires and turnovers. Very normal for a business such as this, with so many opportunities for similar employment nearby. Hacienda has been training new employees as they will soon be opening other Houses.
My father was treated with respect, care and love at Hacienda. He was there nearly 2 years and I cannot fathom how people have decided to write these awful reviews. Must be other issues that they are dealing with.
I'd like to name a few of the wonderful caregivers who made my dad's days easier and more comfortable; Marina, Maria, Mara, Priscilla, Hala. Also, the office and nursing staff is amazing; Julie, Jennifer, Alma, Dr. K.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Every visit we had with my dad allowed us to be at peace when we left, knowing that he was as comfortable as he could possibly be. THANK YOU HACIENDA
