Website says Santa available 10am to 5pm. We arrive at 3pm, our son is all dressed up and excited (and we drove 45 min to get there). Guy working the Santa line says they ran out of passes by 1pm and that Santa is booked til 8pm (but site says he's there til 5pm?).
After driving that distance we were obviously upset. We checked the website before leaving and NO WHERE did it say you had to go early to get a pass in order to see Santa. PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE AND DON'T WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME!
90 minute round trip for nothing. Other people showed up after us and their kids were hysterical when they were told no more Santa. Btw, as we were leaving someone told us they found out about the process last year and today they showed up at 10am and earliest pass available was for 3:30pm. Who has time to drive there, get a pass, go home and come back later?
Dishonest marketing.
