I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 97. I had not been to this location before so here is my review. Employees are pleasant and efficient. They understand you just want to take care of your banking needs and go. The teller took approximately 5 minutes to handle my business. The line took much longer than that. I would have rated my experience a 5 star because of the tellers but the manager really should know better and have other employees (who were from what I observed not doing much) crosstrained to assist on the Friday evening rush. So my experience gives WF a 3 star rating.
