We yelped for a decent haircut and found there's good review & discount for first time client at this place and then We really liked it after my husband's first visit. But we forgot to mention the Yelp discount, so when second time he visited, the girl stylist refused to give the discount, saying it only applies to new client. So I was thinking maybe next time I will apply the discounts on my kids when they need a cut. Here's my last visit, I took my kids here today and the girl still not seemed to want to give us discount. She kept asking around even after I showed her my Yelp. And it says "$5 off new client", are my 2 boys considered as 1 client? Towards the end, she's agree to give us $5 off total service. I was struggling if I shall give a negative review since we really loved this place, however, it makes me very uncomfortable which they promoted the business with the discount while they are not willing to use it on you. I was going to give them a big tip until she bargained with me and gave me a hard time in front of all other customers. Customer service needs to improve on her!
