It'a a great place to study when it's not super packed. The concept is great, you pay for the time you spend there (3$ for the first hour and 2$ for an extra hour until a max of 9$/day) and you have access to coffee/tea and some snacks (chips/cookies/uncooked vegetables and dip).
However, when it's super packed (mostly near exams periods), you might not find a seat. Also, if you're looking for a place to study in silence, it's not the best spot as people often do team projects.
Finally, their washrooms are pretty dark and have disco lights. I still don't understand why they made that choice but every time I go to the washroom I get small headache.
