I recently vacated a home that is managed by Marc Gisi of Wynn Realty Group and I cannot offer up one reason to recommend their services to future renters. I had lived in my rental property since March of 2015 and that property was sold by the owner two years later to investors who left the property management to Marc Gisi. I signed a year lease with Marc after his takeover and continued living at the residence until April 2018. In March of this year I gave Marc notice of my intent to vacate. I move out of the home the following month, and leave the property cleaned and in the same condition that it was originally rented to me in. I am fully expecting my security deposit to be returned but thirty days later I receive no such thing. Instead, I have a list of how my $1400.00 deposit was used, and additional charges that total more than $3900.00. However, its noted on the last page of this itemized list that I am "not required to pay Wynn Realty Group or the landlord any additional monies." So, let me get this right. I allegedly cost this company $2,545.00 in additional repairs but they choose not to bill me for said repairs? This inflated itemization was a scare tactic by Marc to ensure that I did not question the loss of my security deposit by making it seem as though he did me favor by not billing me for all the costs he claims were incurred. After calling Marc to dispute the accounting of my deposit he told me to email him in writing the things I did not agree with so that we could come to a mutual agreement. I have done exactly this and have not heard back from Marc. I am in the process of taking civil action against him to obtain my deposit.
