Michael is awesome. I was able to easily set up an appointment on short notice with him from the YELP app. He arrived early and payment was easy. He was very thorough, spending nearly 2.5 hours inspecting the house and even walked the roof and attic that many inspectors do not do. The report was very detailed and he gave us a great price. Since he is also a contractor it made us more confident he knew what he was doing.
We would highly recommend Micheal to anyone that needs a home inspection and/or new construction work/planning.
