You'd think that other patrons would get that this is a massage place and would be quiet, but they don't. People chit chatting on their phones in the tiny waiting room and it seems like they are sitting right next to you. When the front desk person brings them back and puts them in the room where you are getting a massage, the patron inevitably attempts to start up a conversation with the therapist, and they both forget to whisper. The therapist will giggle and whisper to the other therapists during the session, too. Awk--ward!! And, they will leave the room multiple times during the massage to get things, or to dump and rinse out the bucket your feet were soaking in. Finally, as you go to leave and you tip the therapist, the guy behind the counter will tell you that's not enough tip and you need to tip more. The therapist, meanwhile, is standing right behind you holding the cash you just handed her and give you a look as if you just seriously insulted her and her family. Told me that "all other customer tip better." They expect a *minimum* of 30% tip and will argue with you until you just walk out. Will never return.
