AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Mr. John Abadi has horrible customer service skills. I ordered a pair of boots that didn't fit correctly. When I called within 2 days of receiving the boots to return them, Mr. Abadi originally refused to accept the return. He basically said that I was stuck with the boots and HUNG UP on me. I immediately called back and told him that I was going to return the boots and wanted my money back. (And while I don't agree with it and think that it is underhanded, I am willing to accept the restocking fee that he charges.) Mr. Abadi told me that he would call me back later that day with the "RA number". I had to call him twice more the next day to get the number. I returned the boots the following day via UPS (it cost ME $17) and they were received and signed for by "YUTSKEY" on the 19th of Sept. Today is the 2nd of Oct. They have had 10 business days and two full calendar weeks to post this return and refund my money. I will be trying to call Mr. Abadi again tomorrow, but I am expecting more of the same sort of "service" and a fight to get my money back. There are literally hundreds of other Military Uniform stores on the internet......pick ANY one of them and you will be better off and much happier.
