My wife and I highly recommend taking hypnobirthing with Tara leading the course. She is passionate and educated in all subjects birth-related. Just as other reviewers have stated she simply presents the information and encourages participants to formulate their birth preferences (because you cannot plan birth!). I feel much better prepared and like we will be able to navigate our options through birth. Thank you Tara!
