This office is a joke. I have been with Dr Middleton for many years. I really liked him and that was the only reason why i went there. He retired back in April and the staff never notified me. Another year my doctor wasn't on my insurance and once again I was not notified. Both times the office said they sent me letters which I never received. I have had nothing but problems with the office staff. I have been having my prescriptions sent to a certain pharmacy for years and just last week I went for an appointment just for refills and they decide to get them filled at the other side of town from me. I called on Friday and the office staff said they would take care of it. I called my pharmacy today and they said no, we haven't heard from your Doctor's office. My pharmacy actually said they will take care of it for me. I have never had so much trouble with a family practice as I have with them. I would not recommend the North Valley Family Practice to anyone!! I am in the process of finding a different practice to go to. Any practice would be better than this one. Plus most of the times the wait times were unbelievable!! Never again!!
