When we checked in at 3:00 there was a huge wait line. Then, it took about 45mins to get through the checking -in at the front desk. Then when we got too the room it was nice except the heat level in the room was overwhelming. So, we turned down the room thermostat a left to go have some dinner. We came back at it was still hot. We called 4 times with no response. Until, we got the manager on duty on the phone. Magically the engineer shows up. I have been in this room for 51/2 hours. With the heat on. I could not move rooms because they are sold out. They seem very understaffed. If you stay here, good luck.
