Always been a fan of Zipps and I don't normally feel motivated enough by anything to take the time to write a review, but my experience today motivates me. We came out to dinner and ordered our usual wings, my boyfriends wings came out but mine didn't. I had ordered mine crisp so we didn't really think anything of it. Turns out my wings went to the wrong table. The GM came out and bought us drinks and dessert. The extra wait wasn't even that long. Thank you for the customer service!!
