I love this place! Went here on a Sunday night with my friends and it was crazy dead! As already mentioned, the atmosphere is amazing... tiki'd out. The servers/bartenders dressed in aloha shirts, booths and tables with tiki decor, drinks served with flowers... I'm talking head to toe tiki. The ambiance is pretty dark which makes it very intimate but fun. Their menus aren't too overwhelming as each drink is mentioned with what it comes with and a ranking of how strong the drink is. The price range for the drinks were between $11-$14 depending on what you get but they are definitely strong (obviously because almost all the drinks were rum based). For the food, it's standard snacks so don't expect meals or combos. We got the PuPu platter which was basically a plate of all the starters that you can share. But since I was hungry, I also got the burger and fries (the burger was really good, it had pineapple in it). The snack prices were between $5-$10 but the portions were good enough for one person. My friends and I, on top of the drinks we already had, also ordered two mystery bowls ($23). When you order one of their shareable bowls, you get a little performance which is cute!
Downsides? I probably wouldn't order any of their bowls again just because it was mostly filled with ice but it was fun while we tried it! If it is your first time, I'd say to try it out just to experience it and enjoy with your friends.
