I've been going here for a few years now and have seen several doctors and PA's. For the last few years I have liked the DR's and PA's just fine... not bad but not great. The office staff was always horrendous - would take 30 mins of sitting on hold to get an appt scheduled the girls at the desk were rude and the assistants would call to give you test results and have no clue what they were talking about.
I called today to schedule an appt and was pleasantly surprised when I got through right away and had a pleasant person on the phone. Went in this afternoon and saw Dr Faulkner, who I assume is new. Front desk staff was pleasant, assistant who took me back was nice and the Dr was amazing! She was caring and concerned and actually sent me to a surgeon for a hernia I've had for well over a year and causing me a ton of pain.
Whatever they did recently with the staff changes has majorly paid off!
