I contacted Custom Granite Masters for an estimate on cutting granite on my kitchen island for a prep sink and cutting the marble in my laundry room to install a sink. I spoke with Victor, who asked me to measure the inside of my cabinets to insure that the sink would fit. I measured both cabinets, and sent the measurements to Custom Granite Masters, that same evening. Victor texted me the next day, and I responded that I would text him again when the sinks arrived so that he could come give me an estimate. I received no response from Victor. When the sinks arrived, I texted Victor, again, and like our previous communication, he did not reply. I went with a different company, Mike's CounterTops, LLC, due to Victor's lack of professionalism.
