Recieved what was most definitely the shittiest customer service I've ever experienced in a tattoo shop. maybe if they got rid of the rude twit at front desk it'd make a difference. The whole thing just made me feel very unwelcomed. Went straight to the owner of phat buddahs new store! Much better customer service and they ended up doing ridiculous work. My boyfriend needed a cover up done and chronic ink basically shoed him away like a fly. But a couple weeks later Marvin at phat buddah turned it in to something incredible! Not sure why there's so much hype around chronic ink there are definitely much better places to go to
