So far I'm super pleased and impressed. Every time I call and check on my vehicle or have a question, Shane answers the phone and is friendly with an answer. I grew up in the automotive industry but am not a know it all, I just know the basics and as a female I feel like I'm always getting the runaround. In fact I had my car looked at and quoted by three other locations and they wanted up to $600 for replacing a radiator, plus I had to get the car towed over there. I also feel like everyone wanted to replace my hoses & thermostat even tho it doesn't need it. The only thing I wasn't too crazy about is that they wanted ALOT for the radiator but I get that it comes w a warranty and they buy it from someone and they have to make some kind of profit off it, which is perfectly fine. BUT really who cares when they only want to charge me $150 to change out the radiator?! Oh and btw they towed my car to and from my home for free. I seriously just found my new mechanic.
