(For example, one house I was interested in purchasing was barely over the border in the district for the less desirable high school in the area. He let me know this even though it would decrease the desirability of the home, since if I sold it down the line, a family with high school aged kids would be less inclined to purchase it.)
Another great factor about dealing with Norman is his strong relationships with contractors, building inspectors, and other parties in Las Vegas that factor into the home buying /upgrading process. This was a huge help to me, as I'm from out of town. Norman made sure the inspector verified the house I had in escrow was sound - it was very reassuring for the major investment I was making. And he got me a good price on some minor upgrades that needed to be taken care of, with the contractors in Vegas he has strong relationships with.
For every step of the process, Norman was a solid, honest, knowledgeable, thorough realtor to work with for buying property in Las Vegas. From showing me many different properties, to negotiating the price in my favor when I made an offer, to getting minor upgrades taken care of after the purchase, Norman Zheng was an all-around awesome realtor to work with. I'll definitely be doing business with him in the future.
