I'm only giving this store 1 star because of the amount of times I've been in there that have been somewhat pleasant. I live .4 miles from this location HOWEVER, after todays bottom of the barrel customer service, I will not be returning. I went to the photo center to pick up prints and I waited for about 5 minutes, with not a single employee checking that area, just in case there might be someone back there needing assistance. I got sick of waiting so, I found my order and took it to the electronics counter to be rung up. I was greeted by NOTHING. I told the cashier I had to find my own order because no one was back there. Did he say "I apologize" or any other appropriate empty sentiment? No, he said NOTHING. Now, normally I don't complain but, this time I was fed up. I told the CSM and come out, this little entitled millennial will be a manager soon! Well, all I say about being a manager at a Wal-Mart is that it's only one step above being a cashier at a 99 Cent Only store. The sad thing is, I still said "thank you" to him after the transaction. This funny thing called manners eludes some people, I suppose. Go somewhere else, you'll be better off.
