This is a terrible place with terrible sales people who are greedy, pushy and above all - DISHONEST. (I totally agree!) DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. I REGRET that I did not complain to the manager and just kept it. But now, since I saw this testimonials, I will have to share my story to everyone so that they won't make the same mistake that I did. We want to trade-in our car and BERBO TOLD US that he will give us the 2014 CX-5 GS model for the price of a BASIC model. He also know that from the very start when I purchased OUR VERY 1ST CAR that I DO NOT WANT TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE COLOUR OF THE CAR. I mentioned that to him again when we are about to trade-in our car. HE TOLD US that we can choose any car (colour of the car) since we are upgrading with no extra fee.BUT GUESS WHAT, I believe he did not mentioned that to the finance guy or whoever taking care of the agreement, when that guy KEVIN HO (this guy is very pushy, always in a rush and annoying) asked us to sign the paper, I know there is something wrong because the price is just too much, but then again he keeps telling us that everything is right. For about 1-2 weeks, I keep reviewing the paper/agreement for numerous times and then finally there, I saw the mistake and check their website to compare the prices. We got charged for the actual price of the GS model and an extra $300.00 for the colour of the car. I called BERBO right away and complained about the prices and I told him everything that he told us and of course, as I expected, HE TOLD US THAT HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING.!!! I am not lying because my boyfriend was there too! I got so upset that I do not want to deal with him anymore. I tried to leave a message on the customer service and they did not reply at all. If I could just cancel everything, I WOULD. It was a lesson learned. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION. Two of my friends are specifically looking for a MAZDA and they keep asking me where I got our car, but I told them already to go somewhere else. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK and NEVER WILL purchase my car again at this location. Oh and btw, that was about $4300 EXTRA CHARGE on our account! PFT!! A friend told me that I can still complain eventhough it was a year ago, so I will try my best and complain at the MAIN OFFICE directly.
