Sucks when you come in and just need to buy a phone charger and have to wait 20+ minutes for a technician to help you check out. Took me a minute to find the charger myself, another 24 minutes to have someone ring me up. Took less than a minute to ring up my purchase. Might want to re think the way you handle customers that need 30 minutes plus getting phones and customers needing to make quick purchases.
