After hearing JonJay and Rich's endorsement on the radio I called and spoke to Lana, who was very nice, and scheduled a pool quote without looking at any reviews. My mistake. My husband and I came home from work and waited... and waited. I called an hour after the scheduled quote and left a vm. No call no show all day. And they even called to confirm the appt the day before? I hate leaving a negative review but I found this to be unprofessional and would hate for anyone else to lose time out of their day. I hope this helps others.
