My physical therapist recommended this place because I am old now (cough cough) and cheap ill-fitting shoes are creating havoc in my life. I went there hoping to be educated on how to buy shoes. Brian was so amazingly kind, helpful & knowledgeable. While I didn't buy shoes because I needed work shoes not athletic shoes, Brian set me up for success on future shoe purchases. He pointed out things to look for when fitting my club feet. When I finally decide to spend the cash on sneakers, this is where I will go. I would also like to add I went from here to The Walking Company at Fashion Square for work-appropriate shoes and after being treated so well by Brian TWC level of service left me sorely disappointed. Kindness, service and knowledge goes a long way. It feels fancy to have someone help you put shoes on! I am sorry I couldn't spend more at Fleet Feet but more stores need to have this level of service as I feel I learned a lot in 30 minutes despite owning shoes for 38 years. (Brian was the name on the receipt so I really hope that's his name!)
