One of the worst experiences I've had trying to just buy ink. Had to return a cartridge twice, because the employee had given me the wrong one twice. Handed me the 226 grey cartridge which looks amazingly close to the 226 black. Upon realizing her mistake I returned and pointed out her error. I was helped by a different employee, nice young kid with glasses. He was trying to process my return, but was having trouble. I actually had a credit coming back because the black was cheaper than the gray. They processed my credit, I asked if I could please leave, because I had been inconvenienced twice now. At this point another heavy set white gal was "helping" me. I asked her again can I please go, she rudely responded with, "no, I haven't finished the return yet". I said I don't need my receipt and you've already credited my credit card the difference? She ignored me. So then I asked if I would be stealing if I just left? She said "yup!" I said will you call the police then? Once again, she said "yup"! Manager was actually helpful upon my first return. If you see the heavy set white gal, with pink dots on her arms, don't expect nothing but rudeness.
