Honestly, this is an establishment I would consider a 'hidden gem' This salon is under NEW management and has been completely overhauled inside. It is a cozy but trendy and chic spot in a great location downtown (totally transit accessible). Stylists are talented to the max (there are 4 total-Connie, Lina, Melissa, and a gentleman whose name escapes me at this moment. I see Melissa). I am at this place every 2 weeks minimum-I have blonde hair and their Moroccan Oil Treatment is what keeps my tresses smooth and sleek(if you haven't had this treatment before, I encourage you to try it-you will love it). I have also had blow-dry and updo with amazing results! Prices are beyond reasonable-especially for the location (I have paid twice the amount at salons a block north and a block south). Every time I am there, someone is getting their hair straightening-the process is incredibly gentle and produces amazing looking results (my hair is straight so I wouldn't use this service). The salon does color, cut,styling, straightening, treatments, and extensions! Stylists are friendly and THOROUGH. No one gets a cut without a consultation (and a massage) first. They also offer hot/cold beverages-which is a great touch. You can walk-in but I would recommend an appointment-or at least calling as you're headed to the salon. Highly highly recommend.
