We ate here at the beginning of March. The atmosphere is quiet and the location is large. We ordered some Katsu chicken but it was not done. The tempura udon was less than to be desired. We did order two sushi rolls which were good. I think there are better dining options in Centennial Hills if you are looking for sushi/Japanese food.
