I've been here several times (which says something!). Consistently good to excellent cuts depending on the stylist. Just read the old review about "Chrissy" - I have to say she cut my hair twice and the results were excellent. Actually one of the two best stylists I have used here.
The vibrating chair should be passed on, it's stupid and doesn't feel good. The shampoo after makes sense to me, and I've had other highly rated shops do this. It gets the clippings out!
The towel thing I can take or leave. Nobody has ever "massaged" me (change my deodorant??). I don't think the stylists are trying to look sexy (prior review said tight ref shirts) - I don't even remember them wearing the same shirts, or remember anything else about their general appearance. All said and done, consistent, good (or better) cuts.
