I had a great experience here at their Winter Wine Festival. They could have been a little bit more efficient with crowd-control, but what do you expect to get when you're given 5 hours to sample anything you want from 6 or 7 local vineyards!? The vendors, band, and (my favorite part) food trucks that they booked were spectacular. I enjoyed how the food trucks were set up; they opened the garage doors and had the trucks pull up right next to the open doors, so the trucks weren't inside and the patrons didn't have to go outside to partake in the deliciousness. The band (I believe called Top Shelf) was the perfect bluegrass accompaniment to the setting. Afterwards, I went into the market section to purchase some produce and I was impressed with the quality, variety, and freshness in the middle of winter. They have a great garden area, bakery, and a wine "cellar" as well. The only "downfall" was the parking. The lot wasn't large enough to accommodate the influx of vehicles and we parked in a field next to the lot. I understand it has been rainy and I was glad we didn't have to park on snow and ice, but I wonder if there's somewhere else to park next time.
