Ok, if you are smart Do Not order anything from JC Pennys.
I am not kidding .. I went on line ordered a skirt , had it sent to Paradise valley mall, and I got horrible customer service from both Dot .com and
the mall. I called and they kept telling me it was sent but not received
so I would wait a week call back same thing.. but they third time , I ask
what was going on. I was told by dot.com oh call the store and ask for
a refund... I called the store and they kept saying it was a warehouse problem.. omg.. I just wanted my skirt.. Finally I called today and was told . oh , dot.com cancelled your order and will refund it because it was not available.. I ask You Please do not work with JCPenny .. this was the Worst Business transaction I have ever had to deal with ..
bad customer service, bad follow up and bad customer relations.
I will never shop a j c penny dot. com again.
no wonder they are going out of business.
