I got my 2nd car from here a few months ago. A Mazda 3 2014. Beautiful car. I had shopped online, put in a request for the features i want. Sugarman (his name, awesome guy) called me, setup an appointment that day for after work. He had the car that matched what I wanted ready, we did a test drive, I said it was what I wanted, and about 2 hours later (which to me, is impressive when buying a car) I was on my way home.
I value my time, and Sugarman always delivers with a minimal amount of BS. They took care of registering my car too (there is some service they use which I've used before, pretty cheap and worked well, but this time they were going to register other cars so took mine too to save time), yet more time savings.
I've only used the service department a few times, but it was a great experience, car came back clean, the price would have been high if not for coupons, but it seems like the coupon fairy is pretty liberal with delivering them via mail, so make sure to sign up for deals!
