My experience with Abbey Cat is entirely different than the other reviewers. I adopted a cat from them three weeks ago and every step was very professional. After submitting my application, I was screened by a really careful representative on the phone and then met another representative of Abbey Cats at the foster home. Their contract and the review of it and the vet records were all thorough, including instructions for continuing with the deworming medication (given as a preventative measure). Perhaps they have changed their approach since the previous reviewers' experience as I would highly recommend them for someone looking to adopt a cat or kitten.
