I found this buffet a little overrated for the price that was charged. Yes there were some excellent items but like many other reviewers have said, they have cut some corners.
In my opinion, the best items are the general tsao chicken, Peking duck, bone marrow, brisket, waygu beef, shrimp, crab, mussels, smoked salmon, egg tarts and many of the desserts.
Items that were disappointments included oysters, crawfish, watermelon salad, and sushi.
It was a pretty good buffet but it would be better if the prices weren't so high.
