I stayed for a week at the Hard Rock and went here 7-10 times. There was never once they did. It screw up an order. They literally said they did not offer Ice Tea and proceeded to hand me a tea bag. I would say on average of ordering a drink it had to go back three time so they got it right. Either it was the wrong size, the wrong tea, or they gave me an ice coffee. I'm talking serious incompetence.
