So I just got my nails done at 20/20 and I'm not too happy. I went with my sister who got the same thing I did and my cousin who got her acrylics filled. We had an apt we called ahead for. The guy who did my cousin was amazing! He was nice and did her nails very well. The ladies who did my sister and i's nails were subpar. First the lady didn't even ask if my sister wanted hers colored or if she wanted a manicure so she instead only colored hers, didn't even clip her long nails and never once talked to her even to tell her that she was done. Then the lady who did mine was very sweet and quiet but she didn't do a good job. I accidentally told her I wanted color didn't say manicure so I got what I had said so my fault but the color doesn't reach all sides of my nails on any ends, the tips are horrible (can see patches) and I felt like it was rushed. I never saw my lady again either after she finished painting my nails. It was like after they realized we all didn't have acrylic nails that they were disappointed and didn't care to do a good job.
