ill make real short & simple .... the customer service was super terrible & unprofessional they need a lot of training & some anger management ...
I spoke to two person with two different price for a duplicate key for my car... the second guy gave me a price that is more than the dealership charge so i said no but thank you ... but when im about to hang up i heard him say the F word & i was shock because i was being nice to him and just because i didnt want the deal he was trying to give me he flip out ... Very unprofessional ... No wonder they only have 1 star... i wanted to put 0 but no option ...
