Worste service I have ever had, ever. They are only interested in selling you products, I have to forcibly turn down tablets and products every time I go in. Bought a brand New LG g3 that immediately started having problems about a month after I got it. They refuse to replace my brand New phone with a brand new phone. I spend over 3000 a year at verison and they want to give me a used phone as a replacement. A phone that has been turned over most likely for the same problem I'm having. Talk about a money hungry business. We really need to speak out about how this company really does business, I have had a refurbished replacement phone years back with them and it took 6 times before I got one that worked. You read that right 6 phones back and fourth. They don't care unless you are there to upgrade or buy something. Bottom line if you sell a faulty product that you confirm is a manufacture defect, you replace the phone with a New phone!!! Don't make your loyal customers who spend thousands of dollars have to go thru the nightmare of replacing a phone with another faulty device. Shame on you!
