Yesterday I got a rental car from here and if this review was just about one person it would be 5 stars but I had to deal with another person that I would give 1 star! Allie was amazing she completely understood where I was coming from since I was in a accident that involved a drunk driver and was only getting a car while my car was in the shop. She was super nice and had amazing customer service! I told her some of my story and she could relate but the next lady I had to deal with was so short and had horrible customer service!! I think her name was stacy but I could care less who she was She was rude to me and other people that were there! She should be fired!! they need more people like allie in there and it would be a 5 star for sure. I will only deal with allie while I'm in this rental!
