Failure!! I brought a jacket in to have the zipper replaced. I was told it would be done on Dec 20th. After work on the 20th I went to pick up the jacket only to find it sitting on rack right behind the register still waiting to be done. The jacket had been there over 6 full days yet had not been done yet. The man helping me seemed completed irritated and annoyed by my annoyance that my order was not completed. He did offer to have it done later that day for pick up the next morning however I was flying out of town early from Mesa, so that was not an option. He really didn't seem to care either way for this service failure and even made me remove the safety pins and tags off the jacket. On a side note, the price seem VERY high! I was quoted $35 for a new zipper and $10 to repair a small tear on a pocket seam. Very disappointing service all around. Usually Yelp reviews have lead me to great businesses but not this time!
