Parking price is crazy, $40 to self park at a public lot a block away and underground. When considering future stays, I will take the parking fee into consideration for the total cost and might select a different hotel.
Except for the view, the hotel and room itself is no different from any other hotel, that might cost a few dollars less.
The location gets 4 stars. The waterfront is right outside the back door. A great place to walk around on a warm summer day. It would get 5 stars but it is also far from anything else unless you want want to drive and pay more parking (Yonge st, Eatons Centre, Skydome, etc)
