I have never set foot in this store, but want to comment on the PHENOMENAL customer service I received from the corporate level, as well as two associates at this location.
I received last minute tickets to the official inaugural ball. I knew that I wanted to wear Tadashi, as I have many cocktail dresses by him and love them. I could not find the dress I wanted in any stores in NYC, and I knew with the event approaching (and a holiday weekend), time was running out. In a desperate panic, I emailed the corporate email my situation and was wondering about overnight shipping options from their warehouse. Within 30 minutes, I had an email from an associate, Samantha, at this store who was an INCREDIBLE help. She explained that they could overnight it, checked inventory and even passed me to Kara, another associate, for follow-up, additional details and to make the purchase, the next day. By 10am on Friday morning, I had a beautiful gown in my possession!
So grateful to both associates and to the company for hiring such a high quality staff! I can't wait to stop in here when I'm in Las Vegas next month!
