I was going to put this to rest but it is impossible. I see more people every day being hurt by this company. I have talked endlessly to the owner. I am planning litigation. The owner, OZ MALKA promised to make things right once the "third party" claims adjuster (CSI) did my claim and came up with a number. They took every second of the 120 legal days then asked for an extension...I THINK NOT!! So, I was offered a measley settlement and Oz upped it a few hundred dollars stating the waiver and the settlement would be available to me the NEXT day (over a week ago) and all I hear are crickets. More empty promises. So, I have now talked to the media and will talk to anyone who will listen. PLEASE take the time to read all the reviews on this company and do NOT hire them!
