Very disappointed by a recent experience at this location. We have eaten at this location around 6-7 times since their inception. One of the main reasons is that they have a menu for dogs. They even on occasion provide a bowl for our pup to drink from. Tonight we popped in there and was immediately told "the dog has to be outside" it's literally 50 degrees and too cold to eat outside let alone have the dog out there. I brought it to the staff members attention that we are frequent customers and we "get it" but it's cold outside and it was never a problem during the prior 6 visits. I added it's really nice you have a dog menu but if feels like a "colored drinking fountain mentality" when a business wants your dog money ...but then ya gotta eat outside when it's cold ... regardless I decided to call and express my displeasure to the manager and I spoke and was met by silence. So I called back and was sent to voicemail. Awesome job guys, you lost a customer at this location!
