Ok, my gut told me not to order the raw oysters from here and I should definitely had listened. Shared 6 raw oysters shooters with my friend, who ended up pretty sick from them. I love oysters normally, but these were slimy, flavorless and all around disgusting. It felt like they'd been sitting in a vat of their own slime for a while. I'm guessing they order these oysters for deep frying, and really shouldn't have raw oysters on the menu at all. On top of it all, they weren't even cheap ($13 for 6), came in plastic cups with plastic forks on no ice.
We also shared a bowl of chowder which was pretty good. The soup earned them a second star. I suspect that the fried seafood, which was most of the menu, would have been pretty good too. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning to try them, too grossed out by my first experience.
