DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the worst experience with a healthcare provider I've EVER had! Their customer service is rotten. If you don't make your payment before it's due date, you will be locked out of the website, locked out of making payments over the phone, and you'll have to speak with someone in person during normal business hours.
I just got married, so life is greatly changing for me at the moment. My husband and I are trying to figure out how to blend our bank accounts, insurance companies, etc... I also was hired into a new full time job working me during and past normal business hours. By the time I had our bank accounts switched over and realized my payment for Health Choice coverage was two days late, I had already been locked out. They terminated my plan 9 days later and still sent me a bill saying I could make a payment. I've spent more than 5 hrs on the phone between them and Marketplace and even though Marketplace insisted I should be reinstated, Health Choice refuses to do so.
If life ever gets crazy for you, this healthcare provider will be your worst nightmare!
