I agree with the other reviewers that Artemano has some unique and beautiful items. We walked in and found many items we would like to have purchased. We settled on two stand alone cabinets ringing up a tab over several thousand dollars. We agreed to pay the delivery fee which was a surprise due to the nature of the items and the cost but requested that the packaging remain on the items as were were still renovating our home. Upon delivery, the cabinets arrived with no packaging to protect them and one of the cabinets had its two door clasps broken off. The delivery men told us that all the similar units on the truck were also damaged. We recorded the damage on the delivery slip and contacted Customer service on December 27th. To date, I received a standard form reply but they have not attempted to resolve my issue. It is now over a month since I first contacted them. I posted a comment on their Facebook page and they deleted it. This shows a complete lack of concern for customers and a lack of social media understanding. For a $2 cost to supply a door clasp and an "I'm sorry this happened" they now have a disappointed customer who just expects more from a Canadian company.
