Went to quite a few different stores to purchase a long range scope for my new rifle before discovering FX Tactical. Most places made me feel dumb or tried talking down to me because I'm not an expert long range shooter by any means. I found FX Tactical on Vortex Optics website and when they had the very hard to find scope I was looking for I jumped in the truck and headed there right away. Glad I did, I met with Mario and he took the time to answer all my questions then mounted my scope and made all the adjustments I needed. He then politely answered all the other questions I had and never once made me feel like he was talking down to me. I am so glad I found this place and will definitely be back for all my future purchases. Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever received.
